LAG Pomorie participates as a partner in the Eu_VET_RDM4.0 project, which aims to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of rural tourism in Europe by creating a new vocational training model for managers in rural areas. This innovative professional profile integrates digital, green and managerial skills that enable local communities and tourism stakeholders to design and manage destinations in a sustainable way.
The project brings together nine partners from Italy, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Spain to jointly develop a cross-sectoral vocational training methodology, build an interactive digital learning platform (RDM-LEARNING_4.0) and a pilot training programme in rural and peripheral areas.
The initial project meeting was held between 08-10.12.2025 in Rome, marking the official start of the activities and clearly highlighting the high quality of the leading partner, the Italian organisation Forma Camera, the strong interaction between the project partners and the active involvement of key territorial stakeholders.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for coordination and constructive exchange, fostered by a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Stakeholder involvement brought added value to the discussion by bringing expertise, perspectives and insights closely linked to local development needs and strategies.
